TENDER DESCRIPTION

3.1. The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works (the “design and build” formula) as part of the investment project entitled “Construction of a Primary School on plot no. 160/2 (formerly no. 160), place Karwiany-Komorowice, Żórawina municipality”, carried out on real property located at ul. Wiosenna in Komorowice (55-020), i.e. on the cadastral plot no. 160/2 with an area of 3.0118 ha (30,118 m²), created as a result of the division of plot no. 160 with an area of 4.0135 ha (40,135 m²), place Karwiany-Komorowice, Żórawina municipality, Wrocław County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, whereby the investment site comprises the north-eastern part of the property with an area of approx. 1.73 ha. The division of plot no. 160 is carried out based on the division project (map with the division project, GEO-BAU Jan Hutnik); until the decision approving the division becomes final, plot no. 160 remains in legal circulation – the grid connection terms and other decisions issued for plot no. 160 remain valid. 3.2.
