TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a brine spa (tężnia solankowa) in Kończyce Wielkie The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving the construction of a brine spa (tężnia solankowa) together with a technological installation, an electrical installation including lighting of the area, stormwater drainage of the site, hardened (paved) surfaces, and an access ramp/entrance within the area of plot No. 393/3 and plot No. 2113 located in Kończyce Wielkie. The scope of the contract includes in particular: a) Constructing an approach/path to the brine spa using concrete slabs, b) Constructing a bicycle parking area. The above scope is included in Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ – “PZT uszczegółowienie” – stage 1 c) Constructing hardstanding using concrete slabs, d) Constructing the brine spa, e) Constructing a tank for brine, f) Installing benches made of concrete/wood, g) Installing waste bins.
