TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a track for cyclists and inline skaters – a pump track in Chomęcice 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a track for cyclists and inline skaters in Chomęcice at Poznańska Street near the primary school, on a plot with the land register reference number (plot no.) 374/14.2. The scope of works includes: 1) construction of a pumptrack-type bicycle track with an asphalt surface with an area of 263.6 m2, 2) hardening of the access path with concrete paving blocks with an area of 151.8 m2 – the area in front of the track and the connection to the existing site development – according to drawing PAB01 dated 20.03.2025. NOTE: the subject of the contract does not include the construction of an access road (pedestrian–cycle), 3) installation of small architecture elements: - benches without backrests – 4 units - bicycle racks – 4 units - bins for mixed waste – 2 units - information board – 1 unit, 4) planting greenery, 5) geodetic service including as-built inventory, 6) notification of completion of the construction works to the Powiat Building Supervision Inspectorate. 3.
