Construction of a foil tunnel on the premises of the Exercise Workshop at the Agricultural and Construction School Complex in Leszno. 1. The subject of the contract is “Construction of a foil tunnel on the premises of the Exercise Workshop at the Agricultural and Construction School Complex in Leszno” in accordance with the scope and provisions resulting from the SWZ along with its annexes. Plot no. 481/4, cadastral district 0001, 0002 Leszno, cadastral unit: 306301_1 is not located in the conservator protection zone “W”. It lies outside the boundaries of the urban planning project of the town of Leszno from the 14th–19th centuries, entered in the register of monuments under reg. no.: 975A dated 20.08.1985. The owner of the plot is the City of Leszno. The plot in question is partly developed, mainly with buildings related to agriculture. A larger portion of the plot consists of cultivated fields. On the plot there are connections to the following networks: water supply, sanitary sewage and the electricity network.
