TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a temporary container-based facility – outpatient clinics with design documentation The subject of the contract is the construction of a temporary modular building intended for the needs of specialist outpatient clinics, together with internal installations, as well as the performance of external installations and connections. The facility includes the following functional areas: the Day Psychiatric Ward and the Day Psychiatric Rehabilitation Ward. The container facility will be located in the parking area next to the psychiatry building (no. 540) of the Voivodeship Integrated Hospital in Toruń at ul. Św. Józefa 53–59, cadastral unit 34, plot no. 52/9. The indicative location, floor plan and schedule of rooms together with data, a technical description of the building and functional requirements constitute Appendix No 1 to the OPZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ.
