TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this contract is construction works consisting of the implementation of the investment task entitled: Construction of the road system connecting Antoniego Tabaki Street with Tysiąclecia Street in Swarzędz together with the construction of a grade-separated crossing under the railway tracks (railway viaduct) at the height of Tabaki Street in Swarzędz at km 292.400 of railway line no. 3 Warszawa Zachodnia-Kunowice. The detailed scope of the contract is defined in Annex No. 9 to the Terms of Reference and in Annex No. 14 – technical documentation. Other conditions regarding the execution of the contract are specified in the draft contract provisions – Annex No. 10. 2. The Contracting Authority provides for awarding contracts in accordance with Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law (up to PLN 25,000,000.00) in the event of circumstances referred to in Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law.
