TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this contract is construction works consisting in carrying out an investment project entitled: Construction of a road system connecting ul. Antoniego Tabaki with ul. Tysiąclecia in Swarzędz together with the construction of a grade-separated crossing under the railway tracks (railway viaduct) at the height of ul. Tabaki in Swarzędz at km 292,400 of railway line No. 3 Warszawa Zachodnia–Kunowice. The detailed scope of the contract has been specified in Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ and in Appendix No. 14 – technical documentation. The remaining conditions for the performance of the contract have been specified in the designed contract provisions – Appendix No. 10. 2. The Contracting Authority provides for awarding contracts in accordance with Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law (up to PLN 25,000,000.00) in the event of circumstances referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law. The subject matter of the aforementioned contracts shall consist of similar construction works or services, consistent with the subject matter of the basic contract.
