CONSTRUCTION OF UL. RACULA–ZIELNA IN ZIELONA GÓRA AS PART OF THE PROJECT “RECONSTRUCTION AND EXPANSION OF THE ROAD NETWORK IN THE CITY OF ZIELONA GÓRA” 1. The name given to the contract by the Contracting Authority: Construction of ul. Racula–Zielna in Zielona Góra as part of the project “Reconstruction and expansion of the road network in the City of Zielona Góra”. 2. The subject of the contract is the construction of a road on ul. Racula–Zielna in Zielona Góra with a permeable pavement made of concrete pavers of the EKO type. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. I.4. to the SWZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.4 of the SWZ. 4. The subject of the contract must be carried out in accordance with the design documentation and the Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Works included in Appendix No. I.6 to the SWZ. 5. The Contracting Authority informs that for the scope specified in point 3.2 of the SWZ, a cost estimate remuneration (bill of quantities-based) has been adopted based on the tender cost estimate included in Appendix No. I.7 to the SWZ. 6.
