TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of Dr. Jan Schwabe Street in Starogard Gdański 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of an investment task consisting in the construction of Dr Jan Schwabe Street in Starogard Gdański as part of the budget task entitled “Schwabe Street Modernisation – between Kopicza Street and Maja Street”. 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) construction of a carriageway, 2) reconstruction of intersections, 3) reconstruction/construction of driveways, 4) construction of parking bays, 5) construction of shoulders, 6) execution of road markings (horizontal and vertical), 7) construction of stormwater drainage, 8) local widening of the road right-of-way. 3. The Contractor, on its own and at its own expense: 1) shall prepare and secure geodetic, geological and geotechnical services, as well as temporary traffic organization, 2) shall provide a construction site manager with appropriate qualifications and other necessary personnel for the proper implementation of the task, 3) shall carry out all measurements, tests, calculations and expert assessments required for the proper implementation of the task, 4) shall obtain all consents, conditions, opinions, permits,…
