Construction of Polna Street in Lusowo – Stage III 1. The subject matter of the contract is the construction of Polna Street in Lusowo – Stage III. 2. The scope of the task forming the subject matter of this procedure is described in detail in the project documentation, the technical specification for performance and acceptance of works, and the bill of quantities for the road and installation industry (drainage sewer for drainage pipes). Any catalogue items are provided solely to facilitate the preparation of calculations – their use for valuation is not mandatory. The technical specification, the bill of quantities, and the project constitute an annex to this specification. The quality requirements for the elements that make up the subject matter of the contract are described in the project documentation, in particular in the technical specification for performance and acceptance of works. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject matter of the contract be covered by an 84-month warranty and liability for defects (rękojmia). 4.
