Construction of a land facility for tourism and recreation — viewing platform on plot no. 285/2 in Dukla 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of an investment project entitled “Construction of a land facility for tourism and recreation — viewing platform on plot no. 285/2 in Dukla”. The scope of the contract includes the performance of construction works related to the construction of a wooden viewing platform placed on reinforced concrete foundations, together with the necessary technical infrastructure and site development. As part of the investment, it is planned to: • build a viewing platform with a wooden structure, • carry out an electrical installation from the connection panel to the viewing platform, • build a paved pedestrian approach from the plot entrance to the viewing platform, • pave the area under the facility and along the pedestrian path. The designed facility will be a land facility with a wooden structure, mounted on reinforced concrete foundations, along with a paved approach.
