TENDER DESCRIPTION
“Construction of an internal gas installation with an external section for the needs of a hybrid gas boiler room in the Children’s Home building in Chorzenice” The subject of the contract is the construction of an internal gas installation with an external section for the needs of a hybrid gas boiler room in the used Children’s Home building in Chorzenice, replacing the existing coal boiler room. The building will be heated by a hybrid system consisting of an air heat pump and a gas boiler. The Children’s Home building and the area of the Manor Park are entered in the municipal register of monuments of the Gmina Kłomnice. The detailed scope, quantities of works, description of the subject of the contract, and bills of quantities are included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, i.e. the design and technical documentation.
