A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms for performing the contract are set out in the annexes to the SWZ. 3. If, in any part of the description of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority has referred to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and systems of technical reference, solutions equivalent to those described are permitted, subject to Article 101(5) of the Act. 4.
