TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is the construction of the integration node "Rumia Biała Rzeka" in Rumia under the design and build formula. 2) The contract is implemented as part of the project entitled "Construction of the new integration node 'Rumia Biała Rzeka' and expansion of the existing integration node Rumia" which is carried out under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment program for 2021-2027, Action FENX.03.01 Urban transport. 3) The subject of the contract is the development of multidisciplinary design documentation, obtaining the Decision for the implementation of the road investment, and execution of construction works for the investment called: "Construction of the integration node 'Rumia Biała Rzeka' in Rumia". 4) The detailed scope of the subject of the contract, the conditions of its implementation, and the Contractor's obligations are specified in the attachments: a) Functional and utility program (PFU) – attachment A to the Terms of Reference (TOR), b) Maps – attachment B to the TOR, c) Climate analysis for the project entitled Construction of the new integration node "Rumia Biała Rzeka" and expansion of the existing integration node…
