TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is the Construction of the integration node "Rumia Biała Rzeka" in Rumia in the design and build formula. 2) The contract is implemented under the project entitled "Construction of a new integration node "Rumia Biała Rzeka" and expansion of the existing integration node Rumia" carried out as part of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment program for 2021-2027, Measure FENX.03.01 Urban transport. 3) The subject of the contract is the preparation of multi-disciplinary design documentation, obtaining the Decision for the implementation of the road investment, and carrying out construction works for the investment named: "Construction of the integration node "Rumia Biała Rzeka" in Rumia". 4) The detailed scope of the subject of the contract, the conditions of its implementation, and the Contractor's obligations are specified in the attachments: a) Functional-utility program (PFU) – attachment A to the T&C, b) Maps – attachment B to the T&C, c) Climate analysis for the project entitled Construction of a new integration node "Rumia Biała Rzeka" and expansion of the existing integration node Rumia – attachment C to the T&C, d)…
