TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject matter of the contract is the Construction of an integration hub “Rumia Biała Rzeka” in Rumia in the design-and-build formula. 2) The contract is implemented within the project entitled “Project: Construction of a new integration hub “Rumia Biała Rzeka” and expansion of the existing integration hub in Rumia”, implemented under the programme European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment for 2021-2027, Measure FENX.03.01 Urban transport. 3) The subject matter of the contract is the development of multi-industry design documentation, obtaining a Decision for the implementation of a road investment, and carrying out construction works for the investment entitled: “Construction of an integration hub “Rumia Biała Rzeka” in Rumia”. 4) The detailed scope of the subject matter, the conditions for its performance and the Contractor’s obligations are specified in the following attachments: a) Functional and utility programme (PFU) – Attachment A to the SWZ, b) Maps – Attachment B to the SWZ, c) Climate analysis for the project entitled Construction of a new integration hub “Rumia Biała Rzeka” and expansion of the existing integration hub in Rumia – Attachment…
