"Construction of a transfer hub in the town of Krerowo in the Municipality of Kleszczewo under the design-and-build formula" 1. The subject of the contract is an investment undertaking involving the design, obtaining the required administrative decisions, including the building permit and the final decision on the building’s occupancy permit or the notification of completion of construction works, together with a certificate of no grounds to lodge an objection to the use, and the performance of a task consisting in the construction of a transfer hub in the town of Krerowo in the Municipality of Kleszczewo. 2. Within the scope of the investment undertaking, it is also planned to supply the hub with the necessary functional equipment and elements of small architecture. 3. The investment is located in the town of Krerowo, on plots with land registry numbers no. 136/3, 125 and 119, cadastral district of Krerowo. 4.
