Construction of a transfer hub in the town of Tulce in the Kleszczewo Commune under the design and build formula 1. Important: for the task included in the Functional and Utility Program titled “Construction of a Roundabout, Sidewalks and a Transfer Hub in Tulce”, only the part involving the construction of the transfer hub (and for this task only this part must be taken into account in the price for performing the contract) is to be designed and carried out. 2. The subject of the contract is an investment undertaking involving the design, obtaining the required administrative decisions, including the building permit decision and the final decision on the permit for use or notification of completion of construction works together with a certificate of no grounds to raise an objection to use, and the execution of a task consisting in the construction of a transfer hub in the town of Tulce in the Kleszczewo Commune. 3. As part of the investment undertaking, it is also envisaged to supply the hub with the necessary functional equipment and elements of small architecture. 4.
