The subject of the contract is the construction of a teaching shelter together with accompanying infrastructure for the needs of Primary School No. 71 named after Janusz Kusociński in Poznań in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract specified in Annex No. 2 to the terms of reference for the procurement procedure (SWZ). 2. The description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to this specification, describing the scope of works forming the subject of the contract, consists of: 1) the bill of quantities, 2) the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, 3) the site development design, 4) the architectural and construction design, 5) the application for a building permit. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was also specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (draft agreement).
