The subject of the contract includes construction works involving the construction of an external lift at the Community House (Dom Ludowy) in Małkowice as part of the project “Improving accessibility to public utility buildings within the territory of Gmina Orły.12.2. The detailed scope of the contract has been specified in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. Other conditions regarding the performance of the contract have been specified in the draft provisions of the contract—Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. 12.3. The requirements (obligations) imposed on the Contractor, described, have been included in the draft provisions of the contract which constitute—Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.
