TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a water supply pipeline in Korytniki 1. The subject of the contract is construction works related to the construction of a water supply network together with accompanying infrastructure in the town of Korytniki, Krasiczyn Commune. 2. A detailed description of the water supply network is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which includes: 2.1. Technical design 2.2. Site development design, 2.3. Detailed Technical Specifications - hereinafter STWiORB, 2.4. Bills of quantities, 2.5. Profiles, 2.6. Geological documentation, 2.7. Decision on determining the location of a public purpose. 3. The Contracting Authority informs that it holds documents required by applicable law necessary to carry out the investment, i.e. the final decision on building permit and confirmation of acceptance of the notification of construction works. The execution of the works covered by the contract will be carried out on the basis of the above-mentioned documents and the design documentation provided by the Contracting Authority.
