TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a detached orangery (winter garden) together with technical infrastructure and site development on part of the plot at the Social Assistance Home in Białystok, 9 Świerkowa Street 1. Scope of works includes: 1) demolition of existing reinforced-concrete retaining walls of the pool, height ~0.78 m, together with the concrete splash/bed of the pool (the pool serves as an inactive pond); 2) demolition of existing hard surfacing (pedestrian walkways) and existing low greenery arranged as part of the investment site; 3) demolition of existing lighting poles together with the section of the underground lighting installation within the investment site; 4) demolition of existing concrete platforms at the building, height ~0.15 m; 5) building a detached structure—an orangery (winter garden)—together with installations inside the building; 6) levelling/grading of the site within the investment site; 7) construction of an external lighting installation with garden lamps within the investment site; 8) construction of an underground external electrical power installation supplying the designed orangery building.
