TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the Construction of flood protection for the town of Jastarnia on the side of Puck Bay – Eastern and port section approx. km 49.20–51.40 under the “design and build” formula. 2. The contract is co-financed from the European Union funds under the Funds for European Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Programme for 2021–2027 (FEnIKS) for 2021–2027 – “Protecting the shorelines against flooding from the waters of the Gulf of Gdańsk. 3. The detailed scope of the contract for Part 1 in the Functional and Utility Programme (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ) 4.
