TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a covered ice rink at the Zespół Szkół complex in Gorzyce 1. The subject of the contract is the Construction of a covered ice rink at the Zespół Szkół complex in Gorzyce in the form of “design and build” in accordance with the Functional and Utility Programme attached to the SWZ. Design documentation will be prepared on the basis of the functional and utility programme (PFU) attached to the procedure, under which it is planned that a building performing the function of a covered ice rink will be designed and then constructed in Gorzyce, at Żwirki i Wigury 2.2. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 2.1. Preparing design documentation and obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, all decisions and permits enabling the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a covered ice rink at the Zespół Szkół complex in Gorzyce; 2.2.
