TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a covered seasonal ice rink with associated infrastructure in Skoki The subject of the contract is the performance, using the “design and build” formula, of a covered seasonal ice-rink facility with a summer function as a tennis court and an all-year gym, located on plot 1691, cadastral unit 0001 Skoki. The building will consist of a main ice rink hall and facilities intended for sanitary, technical and social rooms. The facility is to operate as an ice rink in the winter period and, in the summer period, as a tennis court. The facility will also include an all-year gym with sanitary-changing-room facilities and a sauna.
