TENDER DESCRIPTION
Construction of a parking bay in Wiślana housing estate The subject of the contract includes the construction of a parking bay in Wiślana housing estate. The scope of construction works includes in particular: 1) Earthworks – excavations. 2) Removal of stumps. 3) Earthworks – embankments. 4) Demolition of the existing kerb together with the concrete bed. 5) Demolition of the existing subbase and auxiliary subbase. 6) Development of the site. 7) Shaping, profiling and compacting the subgrade for the parking bay and footpaths. 8) Installation of concrete edging 8x30 cm. 9) Construction of the parking bay boundary with concrete kerbs 15x30 cm and a 12x25 cm chocking block. 10) Construction of drainage layers with sand. 11) Construction of the subbase layer from a aggregate mixture 4-31.5 mm. 12) Construction of the parking bay surface from concrete paving blocks aquaton with a thickness of 8 cm, together with filling the joints with white aggregate 4-8 mm, for an area of approximately 150 m2. 13) Cleaning works, mulching with humus, and grass seeding. 14) Carrying out all necessary tests and inspections. 15) Geodetic service for the project, including preparation of post-execution…
