TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of all necessary works ensuring the proper functioning of the planned construction of retention tanks at public utility facilities within the Wieliczka Municipality, i.e.: - part 1 – the area of the People’s House in the town of Czarnochowice – two tanks with an equivalent capacity of 30 m³ (15 m³ each). 2. The contract shall be performed in accordance with the attached Functional and Utility Programme, which together with this SWZ forms the description of the subject of the contract in terms of the construction of underground retention tanks. This information is necessary to prepare design documentation, obtain the relevant permits, and carry out construction works under the task “Construction of rainwater tanks on the premises of the People’s House in the town of Czarnochowice 150 and on the premises of the Rural Community Centre in the town of Sułków 467”, implemented under the system “design and build”, within the scope covering part 1 of the contract. 3.
