TENDER DESCRIPTION

3.1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a complex of eight multi-family residential buildings (including two buildings with service premises – retail with a sales area of up to 700 m² each) with underground garages and the necessary technical infrastructure, on the property located in Wrocław at Stanisława Drabika Street 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, on plot no. 1/90, cadastral district 0026 Wojszyce, AR_8, carried out on the basis of the building permit decision no. 1600/2025 of 25.07.2025 ref. no.: WAZ-B3.6740.181.2025 r., together with site development, ancillary works, and obtaining an occupancy permit and occupancy in accordance with the rules described in the Agreement. 3.2.
