Construction of a public access ramp from Voivodeship Road No. 957 to Primary School No. 1 in Jabłonka 1. The subject matter of the contract includes the task entitled “Construction of a public access ramp from Voivodeship Road No. 957 to Primary School No. 1 in Jabłonka” in accordance with the requirements set out in the Contracting Authority’s Terms of Reference (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia), and in accordance with the construction trade and technical knowledge, applicable provisions of law, in particular technical and construction regulations, industry standards and PN. 2. The scope of works, activities necessary for the proper performance of the subject matter of the agreement referred to in para. 1, in particular includes: 2.1. execution of road works involving construction/reconstruction of the internal access road, parking area and sidewalk, together with the necessary access ramp, at the School Complex of the Heroes of Westerplatte (Zespół Szkół im.
