TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the execution, using the “design and build” formula, of the task entitled “Construction of a high-efficiency gas-fired cogeneration source with an electrical power of 4.3 MWe at the Ciepłownia C1 site, together with associated infrastructure.” The scope of the contract includes designing, performing, supplying, installing, commissioning, carrying out tests, and handing over for operation a complete high-efficiency gas-fired cogeneration source consisting of two Cogeneration Units with a gross electrical power of 2.15 MWe each, i.e. a total of 4.30 MWe, together with complete technological and auxiliary installations. The scope includes in particular construction of the cogeneration source building, delivery and installation of cogeneration units, heat recovery systems, gas and flue gas installations, a Heat Pump system using heat from LT circuits and flue gas condensation, heating, electrical and power engineering installations, instrumentation, control and automation (AKPiA), automation, control systems and SCADA, as well as connecting the designed source to the existing Ciepłownia C1 infrastructure.
