TENDER DESCRIPTION

“Warehouse building for OL and OC purposes and a flood emergency store for the District Crisis Management Centre”. 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works related to the construction of a warehouse building at ul. Witosa in Góra, together with the execution of necessary earthworks, foundations, structural works, flooring works and sub-floor and connection installation works. The designed building is to be an object with overall dimensions of approximately 18.0 m × 50.0 m × 7.52 m, with a usable floor area of approximately 874.89 m². The works must be carried out in accordance with the design documentation, bill of quantities, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, the rules of technical knowledge, applicable regulations and the requirements specified in the procurement documents. 2.
