Building Maintenance Services (Mechanical and Electrical)

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) requires a Contractor to provide Building Maintenance Services. The service includes the planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical, electrical and building services together with fabric maintenance works and associated controls and equipment maintenance, at the Scottish Parliament Building, Holyrood, Edinburgh. This Contract is for the planning, management and delivery of the following at the Scottish Parliament building: - PPM - Reactive Maintenance - Asset management - Statutory compliance - Work Request, Minor Work, and Project Order development - On-call service The Contractor is required to provide the service through a full-time on-site team with sufficient management, supervision and skilled labour, supported by specialist Subcontractors where required. The service must include the administrative support and out-of-hours resilience needed to maintain safe and continuous operation of the Scottish Parliament.
