Gas, Water and Drainage Systems inside Buildings - DIN 18381 Service KG 410 Stresemannstraße 128-130, 10117 Berlin, Extension building of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection in Berlin, 7-storey + underground garage, two building parts A+B The measure includes the following services: • Installation of foul and rainwater pipes, lifting stations, three house connections • Installation of cold potable water supply and decentralized warm potable water supply, incl. pressure boosting systems, fresh water stations, softening systems, connection to kitchen technology • Installation of sanitary fixtures, emergency supply by potable water treatment using well water Maintenance services are part of the tender – duration: 4 years Deadlines - Execution periods: - Start at the latest 12 working days after receipt of the order letter. - End 30.11.2029 Note - BNB Certification A BNB certification in gold is targeted for the building as well as a BNB certification in silver for the outdoor facilities.
