Ventilation and air-conditioning systems - DIN 18379 - KG 430 Stresemannstraße 128-130, 10117 Berlin, extension building of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety in Berlin, 7-storey + underground car park, two building sections A+B The maintenance services are part of the tender with a term of four years. The measure comprises the following services: • Installation of 13 partial air-conditioning systems 130,000 m³/h, installation of 3 transformer exhaust air systems 13,000 m³/h, TG smoke extraction 20,000 m³/h • Installation of pipework network including control components, fire protection dampers Deadlines: Commencement no later than 12 working days after receipt of the contract award letter. End: 30.11.2029 Note - BNB certification For the building, BNB certification in Gold as well as BNB certification in Silver for the external areas is being targeted. The contractor shall participate in the successful certification.
