VE 3-28.1 Floor covering works (DIN 18365) On the site Leipziger Straße 2 in Berlin-Mitte, an extension of the Federal Council (Bundesrat) with a visitor centre is being constructed. The building is divided into a 5-storey head building and an L-shaped, 6-storey administration wing. 1. Type and scope of the service: Linoleum floor coverings, including pre-treatment of the substrate, installation over dry hollow floors and cement screed, provision for factory laying of double flooring panels, approx. 978 m2 marbled linoleum R9 approx. 61 m2 marbled linoleum R9 60x60 cm to be supplied approx. 34 m2 marbled linoleum R9 drainable approx. 338 m2 marbled linoleum R9 drainable 60x60 cm to be supplied including substrate preparation, finishing trim profiles, fitting, spare material, initial maintenance 2.
