TENDER DESCRIPTION

The essential services to be provided for the construction of the external works are, according to the service specification (LV) Title 01, the creation of a school yard made of concrete paving blocks, including the school yard equipment with custom-made special items: round benches, steel-and-wood structures, and a round bench with radial precast reinforced concrete components; bicycle parking facilities made of grass-joint paving; integrated newly planted trees and shrubs; bicycle rack brackets; facade and drainage channels; ramp arrangement with fall protection and handrail; retaining wall corner support elements and fencing with steel mesh panels; parking spaces, planting areas and lawn areas; completion and development maintenance care; dry stone walling (layered masonry) made of greywacke (grauwacke). According to LV Title 02: the construction of trenches, service pipes and shafts for foul water and electrical lines. According to LV Title 03: the construction of a soakaway trench/soakaway gallery with two inspection/stop shafts.
