TENDER DESCRIPTION

BOQ Metal and Acoustic Construction Interior Wooden Cladding Hall and Ceiling Ground Floor. The scope includes the creation of a multiply curved ceiling cladding made of aluminum lightweight construction panels with oak veneered MDF slats as an acoustically effective room shell in an auditorium hall, including the required, fire-protected steel substructure. The basic scope of work of the contractor includes technical processing and structural engineering, as well as a three-dimensional shop and installation planning. Technical installations such as, among others, slotted rails, loudspeakers, projector, screen, chain hoists and lighting are to be integrated into the shop and installation planning and execution. In the intermediate space between the ceiling cladding and the drywalls constructed on site, maintenance walkways with grating flooring and handrails are to be installed within the substructure for the ceiling cladding to be supplied. The complexity results from the geometric interaction of the hall components with the rooflights.
