TENDER DESCRIPTION

Bill of quantities for metal and acoustic construction interior timber cladding hall and ceiling ground floor. The scope of work includes the creation of a multi-curved ceiling cladding made from aluminium lightweight construction panels with oak-veneered MDF slats as an acoustically effective room shell in an auditorium hall including the necessary fire-protected steel substructure. The contractor’s fundamental scope for this includes the technical processing and structural engineering as well as a three-dimensional workshop and installation planning. Technical installations such as, among others, slotted rails, loudspeakers, projector, screen, chain hoists and lighting are to be integrated into the workshop and installation planning and the execution. In the intermediate space between the ceiling cladding and the drywalls constructed on site, within the substructure of the ceiling cladding to be supplied, maintenance walkways with grated flooring and handrails are to be installed.
