TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the technical equipment services for the new construction and conversion of the GGS Heiderhof. The services will be awarded in two lots: Lot 1: Technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI for the equipment groups 1 to 3, 7 and 8 according to § 53 para. 2 HOAI Lot 2: Technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI for the equipment groups 4 to 6 according to § 53 para. 2 HOAI To meet the increasing demands arising from the legal entitlement to all-day care, the SGB is pursuing a comprehensive school construction program, within which extensive construction measures are planned at the Heiderhof Community Primary School. Heiderhof Primary School is a three-stream school with a total of 300 pupils taught. Based on the school construction guideline as well as project-specific agreements, a spatial program was developed, from which extensive conversion and extension measures result. The current project status includes the construction of a new sports hall including a gymnastics room and subsequently the demolition of the existing sports hall (Building D).
