TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of technical equipment services for the new construction and renovation of the GGS Heiderhof. The services are awarded in two lots: Lot 1: Technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI for equipment groups 1 to 3, 7 and 8 according to § 53 para. 2 HOAI Lot 2: Technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI for equipment groups 4 to 6 according to § 53 para. 2 HOAI To meet the increasing demands due to the legal entitlement to all-day care, the SGB is pursuing a comprehensive school construction program, within which extensive construction measures are planned at the Heiderhof Community Primary School. The Heiderhof Primary School is a three-track school with a total of 300 pupils. Based on the school construction guidelines and project-specific consultations, a room program was developed, resulting in extensive renovation and expansion measures. The current project status includes the construction of a new sports hall including a gymnastics room and subsequently the demolition of the existing sports hall (Building D).
