TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is object planning services for outdoor facilities for the extension, conversion and refurbishment of the GGS Heiderhof in Bonn. The Heiderhof community primary school currently consists of five existing buildings as well as an interim container. In order to ensure a three-form entry of up to 300 pupils at the site, the Heiderhof primary school is to be expanded by constructing a new building which includes a sports hall including a gymnastics room and the integration of the canteen that has so far been located in building section C. The existing sports hall is then to be demolished. The area made available by separating out the canteen, enabled by conversion measures, makes it possible to provide the additional space requirements for teaching, working and utility rooms within the existing facilities. For the new-build measure, a high degree of prefabrication is to be examined. The procurement procedure is intended to identify a planning office that provides the following services: Basic services and, if applicable, special services of service phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 9 pursuant to Section 39 of HOAI for object planning for outdoor facilities.
