TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is object planning services for open areas for the extension, conversion and renovation of the GGS Heiderhof in Bonn. The Heiderhof Community Primary School currently consists of five existing buildings as well as an interim container. In order to ensure three-form entry of up to 300 students at the site, the Heiderhof primary school is to be expanded by constructing a new building that includes a sports hall including a gymnastics room and the integration of a canteen that has so far been located in building section C. The existing sports hall is to be demolished afterwards. The area made available due to the canteen being separated out, enabled by conversion measures, allows the additional space requirements for learning, work and supply rooms to be accommodated in the existing building stock. For the new-build measure, a high degree of prefabrication is to be assessed.
