TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is building design services for outdoor facilities for the extension, conversion and renovation of KGS Buschdorf in Bonn. The KGS Buschdorf is a two-stream primary school where currently 200 students are taught. The objective of the measure is to create additional room capacity in order to ensure the legal entitlement to a place in an all-day school (OGS) as well as the functional and structural further development of the school site. To this end, measures in the existing building as well as an extension building are required. The school authority provides a room program that specifies the required rooms and their sizes. An increase in the number of classes is not being pursued. Further details can be found in the attached project description. The procurement procedure is intended to identify a design office that provides the following services: Basic services as well as, where applicable, Special Services of LPH 1 to 3 and 5 to 9 in accordance with § 39 HOAI for outdoor facilities planning. It is planned to commission the services in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the assignment of all services.
