TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is object planning services for outdoor facilities for the extension, conversion, and renovation of the KGS Buschdorf in Bonn The KGS Buschdorf is a two-stream primary school where currently 200 pupils are taught. The aim of the measure is to create additional space capacity to ensure the legal entitlement to an after-school childcare (OGS) place, as well as the functional and structural further development of the school site. For this purpose, measures are required both on the existing facilities and in the form of an extension building. The school authority provides a space program for this, in which the required rooms and their sizes are specified. An increase in the number of classes per year (stream capacity) is not being pursued. Further details are to be found in the attached project description.
