TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is technical equipment services for the new build and conversion/renovation of the KGS Buschdorf primary school. The services will be awarded in two lots: Lot 1: Technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI for the building service installation groups 1 to 3, 7 and 8 in accordance with § 53(2) HOAI Lot 2: Technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI for the building service installation groups 4 to 5 in accordance with § 53(2) HOAI At KGS Buschdorf, it is a two-stream primary school in which 200 pupils are currently taught. The aim of the measure is to create additional space capacity to ensure the legal entitlement to a place in an OGS (all-day school) from 01.08.2026, as well as the functional and structural further development of the school site. To this end, measures are required both in the existing facilities and in an extension building. The school authority specifies a space programme for this, which states the required rooms and their sizes. An increase in the number of streams is not being pursued.
