TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is technical equipment services for the new build and conversion/renovation of the KGS Buschdorf primary school. The services will be awarded in two lots: Lot 1: Technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI for the building services groups 1 to 3, 7 and 8 in accordance with § 53(2) HOAI Lot 2: Technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI for the building services groups 4 to 5 in accordance with § 53(2) HOAI At KGS Buschdorf, there is a two-stream primary school, where currently 200 pupils are taught. The objective of the measure is to create additional room capacity to ensure the legal entitlement to an OGS place from 01.08.2026, as well as the functional and structural further development of the school site. For this purpose, measures are required both in the existing building(s) and with an extension building. The school authority provides a space program for this, in which the required rooms and their sizes are specified. An increase in the number of streams is not intended.
