TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is multi-project management services and quality assurance services (hereinafter: project management services) for the following construction projects: - Construction of the new Fire and Rescue Station I, Lievelingsweg 112, 53119 Bonn, demolition and new construction while operations are ongoing - Construction of the new Fire Station III, Friesdorfer Straße 160, 53175 Bonn Friesdorf, demolition and new construction in 2 construction phases while operations are ongoing The services of the contracting party are to be provided in accordance with the scope of services for project management, Volume 9 - “Project management in the construction and real estate industry - standards for services and remuneration” of the AHO specialist committee “Project Management/Project Management”, as of May 2025. Further information on the services to be awarded can be found in the appendices “Service description” and “Draft contract”. The project management services are commissioned in stages and called off individually. There is no entitlement to commissioning of the respective following stage. (See draft contract).
