TENDER DESCRIPTION
As part of this measure, a new school building with a cafeteria and 12 classrooms will be constructed. The technical building equipment for the new construction will be carried out in accordance with the currently applicable laws and guidelines. The works include the trades heating, plumbing and ventilation in accordance with the following descriptions of performance. For the new construction, building automation with local automation stations and a local operating device will be installed. The newly installed building automation will be connected (“commissioned/linked”) to the existing higher-level building management system - Ü-GLT EnteliWeb of the EM-SGB of the Federal City of Bonn.
