TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is object planning for the roof and facade renovation of the listed (heritage-protected) building at Kaiser-Karl-Ring 40a. The existing roofing is severely damaged and is leaking in several places. As a result, water damage has already occurred in the lower floors in the recent past. Therefore, the roof must be urgently renovated. As part of this, the remaining single-glazed wooden windows are also to be replaced and the clinker facade areas are to be refurbished in part. Due to the difficult site conditions, site logistics must be taken into account at an early stage in the planning. Since the construction measure must be carried out during ongoing operations, a schedule in construction phases is planned. Through the procurement procedure, a planning office is to be found that will provide the following services: Basic services and, if applicable, Special services of LPH 1 to 9 in accordance with § 34 HOAI object planning for buildings and interiors.
