Nationwide delivery and installation of office chairs. The contracting authority may request services up to a maximum amount of no more than EUR 950,000 (gross). (Maximum quantity within the meaning of CJEU, 17.06.2021, C-23/20 - Simonsen & Weel) Once this value has been reached, no further orders may be placed under the framework agreement. The contractor is required to inform the contracting authority at all times upon its request as well as on its own initiative on a quarterly basis of the extent to which services have already been ordered and provided.
